Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
The Database and Digital Systems Officer ensures the effective administration of the Art Gallery of South Australia’s Raisers Edge database and associated functions including bookings, e-commerce, web integration and membership support.
Key Selection Criteria:
1. High level database experience (preferably using The Raisers Edge) including data migration, query building and customisation, web integration, membership and event module management;
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (e.g.) communicating clearly, concisely and effectively with the ability to tailor communications for different audiences;
3. Knowledge and experience of financial systems including database batching and reconciliation processes;
4. Demonstrated understanding of the arts and cultural industry; with experience in an art gallery, museum or other cultural organisation.
Degree or diploma in business, communications and/or relevant discipline
This is a temporary 12-month contract. Some out of hours work will be required.
