Coinciding with NAIDOC week, this short course introduces beginners to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art. Catering to individuals with little or no prior knowledge of Australian Indigenous art, this course includes a welcome to Kaurna land and language; an overview of artistic styles and approaches across Australia and presents a series of in depth case studies within in the context of Australian history.  Presenters include leading Indigenous artists, curators and thinkers. Members’ Guide to the Gallery 
On the first Wednesday of the month, exclusively for Members, the Gallery Guides present special tours of exhibitions or display highlights. Tours start at 10.30am and 11.30am. Places are limited because of high demand.

Members' Book Club
Get involved with our Book Club exclusively for Members! The Book Club meets for an hour a month from February to November, with meetings facilitated by Gallery Guides.  The Gallery Shop is offering a discount to Book Club Members' on book list purchases.
