To request an image/s for private research or study purposes please complete and return the Application form for photographic material for research, study or PowerPoint presentation.

Please allow 10 working days for the supply of photographic material in stock and approximately 6 weeks for new photography.
Photographic material supplied by the Art Gallery of South Australia for research and study
purposes may still be in copyright and images are supplied under the fair dealing exceptions of the
Australian Copyright Act, 1968 and cannot be reproduced in any format without further permission
from the Art Gallery of South Australia and the copyright holder if applicable – fees and
conditions will apply.
Requests that are deemed inappropriate or unacceptable to either the Gallery or the artist
may be refused permission.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or money order, or by EFT.
Delivery
Delivery is via Australia Post unless prior arrangements have been made at the clients expense.
Procedure to order an image:
1. Download
Application for photographic material for research, study or PowerPoint
presentation
2. Complete and return the application to the Publications Officer: Image Sales & Rights
3. For requests which DO NOT incur a fee the image/s will be supplied by email within 10 working days
4. For requests which DO incur a fee an invoice will be supplied by email or post within 10 working days - upon receipt of payment the image/s will be supplied (via Australia Post)
