The David Murray Print Viewing Room

The David Murray Print Viewing Room provides public access to works of art from the Gallery's collection that are not currently on display, in particular the large collection of Australian and International prints, drawings and photographs

Those with a particular research interest, such as artists, art historians, visiting curators and the general public, are able to take advantage of the opportunity to request particular works of art for closer inspection.

As works need to be retrieved from storage, an appointment is necessary. Appointments can be made between 10 am – 4.30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday afternoons and Friday and should be arranged at least one week in advance. The Print Viewing Room is not open on weekends.
